My name is Andrew and I am the owner of don’tgetskunked.com I have been fishing for as long as I can remember and have always had a deep love and appreciation for the sport.

Growing up in the Rocky Mountains, I was fortunate enough to have access to some of the best fishing spots in the country. From a young age, I learned to cast my line and patiently wait for the telltale tug of a biting fish.

As I got older my enthusiasm for fishing grew, I became better versed in many different techniques and  passionate for helping others get involved in the sport. Whether it’s teaching someone how to cast their first line or sharing tips and tricks for finding the best fishing spots, I love nothing more than seeing others catch their first fish or improve their skills on the water.

That’s why I started Don’t Get Skunked. I wanted to create a place where fishing enthusiasts of all kinds and levels could come together to read stories, ask questions, and learn from one another.
